C4IR Serbia Becomes Member of GA4GH

C4IR Serbia is now part of a global network that participates in the development of standards in the field of genomics and health – Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH) as its new organizational member.

GA4GH is an international, nonprofit alliance formed in 2013 to accelerate the potential of research and medicine to advance human health. Bringing together 600+ leading organizations from over 90 countries, working in healthcare, research, patient advocacy, life science, and information technology, the GA4GH community is working together to create frameworks and standards in the field of genomics and research. These organizations include Cambridge, Oxford, EMBL-EBI, AstraZeneca, Seven Bridges Genomics, Wellcome Sanger Institute and many others.

This is the first international organization in this field of which the C4IR Serbia is a member.
