At this year’s Belgrade Bioinformatics Conference (BelBi2026), the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Serbia organized a panel discussion dedicated to the responsible secondary use of health data in research.
The panel was moderated by Branislava Gemović, Program Manager at the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Serbia, and brought together experts from various fields to discuss the importance of responsible reuse of health data for advancing science and innovation.
During the conference, the InnoThyroGen Horizon Europe project was also presented, with a special focus on raising awareness about the prevention of thyroid diseases.
Participation in BelBi2026 once again highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and created opportunities for further discussions on the future of health data and its role in advancing research and innovation.
