The Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia has announced a Public Call for the submission of scientific research projects within the framework of the Program supporting collaboration with the Serbian scientific diaspora – Joint Research Projects (DIASPORA 2023). The Program supports basic and applied research in all scientific fields, targeting scientists and researchers employed in accredited research organizations in the Republic of Serbia as Project Leaders or Project Participants.

The project aims to facilitate further development of research objectives outlined in the project proposal and establish foundations for long-term collaboration with diaspora researchers, foreign experts, and international research organizations. Applications for this public call are exclusively submitted electronically, no later than March 28, 2024, by 3:00 PM Central European Time, by completing the project application via the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia’s Scientific Project Application Portal.

Project duration is up to two years (24 months).

The program budget is 2,200,000 euros.

The maximum budget for an individual project is 200,000 euros.
